First Week of Classes

Alright, so I had my first week of classes, as a few of you know. I know I said I'd email Friday.. but I've just been so swamped. Like right now, I'm holding two different conversations and trying to send this email. Le sigh. Alright! Down to one conversation, I can handle that.

So, yeah, I like most of my classes. I love my CS Seminar cause the professor is likely to be my hero. She's the one that got me my research grant in the CS department and she's helping me get other jobs and stuff. She's really awesome and I have a feeling, together, we're going to move the world. Haha. Just kidding. But we will move this college. We're already working on remodding the math requirements for a CS major.

My Java class is awesome, too. We get to play with robots and make them do stuff. The professor is a bit.. interesting, to say the least, but in a good way. He's from Hungry, I think.

I love, absolutely LOVE my Asian American History class. Thank you Hamilton for assigning the readings you did Junior year. The main text book is awesome and makes allusions to so many awesome works that I actually have heard of! Like Maxine Hong Kingston! Aunt Jeannie, you know who I'm talking about. Yeah. But all the books for the class are like that and Profesor Kim is cool. Very nice lecture style. Just awesome. Who cares that it is my latest class and I have to race over there to make it on time? I don't.

I don't like my physics or my math classes cause they're stupid simple. The physics class is a copy of what I've been taking for the past two years and I can't test out of it, which bores me to death. The math class is what I did 3rd quarter Junior year but expanded to a class. Which actually isn't possible, when you look at the book. They made up stuff to actually fill the class. The guy that wrote the book, is the one that teaches the class. And every semester, he rereleases the book, so you can't resell your book. Tell me that class doesn't suck.

I've already changed two classes, and I can't change again cause, honestly, I'm tired of standing in the book line. My schedule is kinda crazy right now cause of work and volunteering, but I'm going to try and keep emailing.

Um.. yeah, can't think of anything else and I've picked up a few other conversations. Sorry about poor email quality. I'll get back to you.
